54 and cloudy this morning with NW swell 4.9ft@ 5.1-8 sec’s and SSE winds 5-10mph, water temp at 57.6, high tide at 4:26am, sunrise at 5:31am and low tide at 11:02am.  Later today an expected high of 71,  partly cloudy with NW swell 3ft”@ 8 sec’s with S winds 10-15mph, high tide at 5:49pm.  Tonight WNW 2ft@8 sec’s with SSE winds 5-10mph, low of 54, partly cloudy and 20% chance of rain. sunset at 9:08pm.   Today we will have the annual 4th of July Parade going from around 11a to 12:30p, so expect traffic to be “interesting”…., I have been out  a couple of days, and still running at about 60%, but did want to publicly thank the surgical staff at Seaside Providence Hospital,  they were all beyond fantastic!!!  Thanks to my doctor Gordon and the CRNA Lisa Rogien,,,.,.., I should be back  up and running hopefully by the weekend, but still on “light duty” for a couple weeks.
