SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 11 PM PDT FRIDAY… The National Weather Service in Portland has issued a Small Craft Advisory for hazardous seas, which is in effect from 6 PM this evening to 11 PM PDT Friday. * WINDS…Increasing later today into tonight, with south 15 to 25 kt, gusting up to 30 kt at times. Occasional gusts to 35 kt possible. * SEAS…Generally 8 to 10 ft today, but will build as the winds increase tonight and Thursday. Seas will run 12 to 15 ft later tonight through Friday, with higher seas farther offshore.
