Cloudy but dry,  about 55 with WSW swell 10.8ft@ 6.4 – 11 sec’s with the water temp at 54. High tide was at 2:49a, sunrise at 7:42am and low tide at 8:29am.  The road between Cannon Beach and Seaside was flooded, will probably open to cars by 10am or so…. (HWY 101).  Later today WSW 11-12ft@ 9 sec’s with SW winds 5-10mph, high of 58 , cloudy and 20% chance of rain. High tide at 2:17pm.  Tonight W 12-15ft@ 9 sec’s with light SE winds, low of 45 and partly cloudy with 10% chance of rain. Sunset at 6:17p, and minus low tide at 9:08p.
