My initial intention was not to post a picture of Indian Beach this morning, since the park just re-opened yesterday morning, but after going up and seeing all the campers on the beach and in the parking lot, guess the word is out….. yesterday, HWY 26 was said to have been backed up about 6+ miles from the 101 junction, and the road into Ecola State Park was backed up almost to 7th st near the bottom of the hill…… I would say, if you are sitting in the city right now, planning a trip to the coast, it will be a long one…. If you are planning on going up to Ecola State Park, I would say that by 9:30 or 10a, there will be a line up…. not even going to get into the State Parks along 101 south of us…. I will stay hunkered down at the house / shop until Monday……. So…… all that being said, the surf this morning looked pretty junky…..
