From today until December 20th, 2008 we are offering Free Shipping on orders over $50.00. For shipping to the continental United States only and does not apply to surfboards.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We strive to ship in-stock items within two business days. Occasionally, high demand, or in-store sales, causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item you order, we will contact you with an ETA for the back-ordered item, or suggest a suitable alternative. YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT CHARGED UNTIL THE ITEM SHIPS.
SHIPPING METHODS
For the 48 contiguous U.S. states we offer UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping which is calculated dynamically by weight in lbs. FREE SHIPPING will also be an option if your order qualifies for it. Regular ground shipping within the United States generally takes three to five business days. We are unable to ship to post office boxes. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not processing international orders at this time.

You may track the status of your order at any time by logging in to My Account. You will be notified by email when your order ships.
SHIPPING RATES.
Shipping costs are based on XML rates supplied from UPS and are calculated by weight. Some items (i.e. surfboards) are considered oversized and additional fees will apply. These additional fees will be clearly noted on the product description page under Product Options - Freight. If you choose to pick up oversized items (i.e. surfboards) from our store, no additional fees will apply.
