So far… (knock on wood) the winds have not been as wild as forecasted, but that can change. This morning only some light rain since 5:30a, SW swell 10.5ft@ 4-8 sec’s with S winds 20-30mph, about 43, water temp at 50.2. High tide was at 5:12am, sunrise at 6:44am. Later today, low tide at 12:30p, with SW swell 12+ft@ 7 sec’s and SSW winds 25-40mph, gusts to 60mph, high of 51, with 100% of wind and rain.
HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM PDT THIS EVENING… * COASTAL WINDS…South 35 to 45 mph with gusts to 70 mph at the beaches and headlands, and gusts to 60 mph in the coastal communities.
Tonight, SW 15+ft @ 8 sec’s with SW winds 25-35mph, gusts 50+, low of 45 with 100% chance of wind and rain. Sunset at 7:52p, and high tide at 7:19p
