This morning, SW 12ft@ 8-12 sec’s with SE winds 5-11mph, had some light rain. 47 and cloudy with the water temp at 55. High tide was at 4:12am, sunrise was at 7:22am. Later today, SW 10-12ft@ 10 sec’s with SE winds 15-25mph, high of 59 and 80% chance of rain today. High tide at 3:29p and sunset at 4:39p. Tonight, SW 12ft@ 10 sec’s with S winds 10-20mph, low of 51, and 90% chance of rain.

SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON… … GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 10 AM PST SUNDAY… * WINDS… SOUTHEAST 20 TO 25 KT WITH GUSTS 30 KT TONIGHT AND EARLY SATURDAY. WINDS VEER TO THE SOUTH LATE SATURDAY AND INCREASE TO 25 TO 30 KT WITH GUSTS TO 35 KT. * SEAS… COMBINED SEAS AROUND 14 FT THEN BUILD TO 15 TO 17 FEET SATURDAY EVENING THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING. THE SEAS ARE A COMBINATION OF STEEP WIND-DRIVEN SEAS… A LOCALLY GENERATED SOUTHWEST SWELL… AND A DISTANT SOURCED NORTHWEST SWELL. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS… ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS. A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
