Looks like a good day to fly a kite…. as witnessed by a person on the beach this morning……  about 45, cloudy with West swell 9.5ft@ 7.6-18 sec’s and SSW winds 15-20mph, water temp at 48.9, high tide was at 5:52am, sunrise at 7:57am.  Later today W 9-10ft@ 15 sec’s with SW winds 20-30+mph, high of 52 with 100% chance of wind and rain. Low tide at 12:12pm.  Tonight W 10-12ft@ 13 sec’s with NW winds 10-20mph, low of 41, clouds and 100% chance of rain. Sunset at 4:38p with high tide at 5:59pm.
