Little late on the morning surf report, had a fairly fun and busy morning. Started off with a phone interview with the Mark Patterson radio show on BBC in N. Ireland, always a pleasure to get caught up with Scooper Patterson…. bit of talk about the inauguration today and my feelings / thoughts of the new president. Those that know me, are not surprised by my direct thoughts on such subjects…. It was a purely enjoyable interview! Love that Patterson Guy!!
Then we had a surprise visit from an old friend, Jim Stearns, just finishing up a interim Fire Chief appt. in Waldport, they finally hired a new full time Chief… was fun getting caught up, along with a couple of our Lt’s and our current Fire Chief Matt Benedict…. so, was a fulfilled morning at the old shop…..
