Very interesting morning! Before I get to that, I need to announce, that we will be Closed Sunday March 24th through Sunday March 31st. Actually going to take some time off… (first time in years!) We will be reopen on April 1st……
This morning, was going to drive up to Ecola for the morning pictures, but as I drove by, I noticed something we don’t see very often here….. A subaru stuck in the dunes above the beach. 4 guys from Washington, apparently last night drove around the rocks blocking the path, got stuck then set up a tent and had a campout… For those that don’t know, Camping within the city limits is illegal unless you are in a campground. Driving on the dunes and on the beach are illegal… setting up a tent on the beach to camp is very illegal….. no doubt, these guys got a pricey ticket, and now will have a pricey tow job to get pulled out….. OK… I admit….. I had to laugh…… they had their sleeping bags wrapped around the front tires, and were trying to cut them loose with a pocket knife………… And the summer fun begins!
