No report on Sunday, taking the day off….Christmas Day…… back at the shop early on Monday.

This morning, about 35 and partly cloudy with 7+ ft@ 8-14 sec’s with light NE winds, water temp at 45, sunrise at 7:56am, high tide at 8:39am.  Just cold….  Later today, high of 44, cloudy and 40% chance of rain later, WNW 8ft@ 12 sec’s with light ENE winds, low tide at 3:37p and sunset at 4:35pm.  Tonight, WNW 8ft@ 12 sec’s with light ESE winds, low of 31, clouds and 20% chance of rain or………. high tide at 9:49p.

Small Craft Advisory today:
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON… * SEAS… AROUND 10 FEET THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS MEANS THAT WAVES ARE EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT. MARINERS SHOULD AVOID SHOALING AREAS. LONG PERIOD SWELL CAN SHARPEN INTO LARGE BREAKING WAVES IN SHOALING AREAS. IT IS NOT UNUSUAL FOR WAVES TO BREAK MUCH FARTHER FROM SHOALING AREAS THAN IS NORMALLY  EXPERIENCED. REMEMBER… BREAKING WAVES CAN EASILY CAPSIZE EVEN LARGER VESSELS
