Got up to Indian at daybreak…… hell, even had 1/2 the wetsuit on….. only have a couple of hours to play, so i was happy on the drive up….. heard it was small at another place, and in hindsight, probably should have gone over…… but…… Got up there , met up with Gordon…. Junky, lots of water, and high tide isn’t until 8:30am….. clean up sets were about 8ft, and looked like a set of stairs going down the face….. damn….. damn……. well….. back to the shop, tons to get done today…… Wed shows better promise. It will no doubt be much better today as the tide starts to head out….. sun is out, and will be beautiful here…. so, that will be nice as I mix up some concrete……… W 6-7ft @ 8-10 sec’s with light NE winds, should warm up to the 50′s today, was 38 when I hit the beach. Wed. W 6ft @ 10 sec’s with light S winds and high tide at 9:30am. Thursday – Saturday will be W 12-15ft with S winds…….
So….tonight at 6pm, meeting at the chamber building here in Cannon Beach….. some presentation that will deal with fishing areas and protected beaches and rocks….. or that is as much as I can figure out by trying to read the bull on their site…….. There will be quite a few local surfers at this meeting…… hope to see some of you there……
