Little overcast this morning, but the sun is starting to burn off some of the morning funk....... NW 5-6 ft today @ 8-11 sec's with light N winds in the morning, picking up to 25+ in the afternoon...... Damn minus low tide at 9am, and high tide at 3:25pm. Haven't surfed the last couple days..... damn work, but from the comments and reports around, was junky yesterday.... might clean up today.... going to go look later this morning. Saturday, minus low tide at 9:40am, with a NW 8ft @ 11 sec's and light N winds..... no doubt, some driving around might be required......Sunday, NW 7ft with light NW winds and minus low tide at 10:20am. Monday, NW 7ft with light N winds and high tide at 5am. Tuesday NW 6ft with light NE winds, and high tide at 6am. Have a great weekend......!!

Had some drizzle earlier, but the sun is trying to burn off the morning funk..... still a bit foggy over the ocean, but better than the last couple days...... swell dropped a bit from yesterday, and cleaned up some as well. Friday NW 6ft @ 12 sec's wtih light N winds, and the minus low tide at 9:00am Sat. NW 8ft with light N winds, and minus low tide at 9:40 am Sunday NW 7ft with light N winds and minus low tide at 10:20am Monday NW 6ft with light N winds, and high tide at 5am......

Foggy again this morning..... surf , from what we can see of it, is a little junky this morning, but the swell is picking up...... Damn minus low tide at 7:35am.... Last couple days, we have been able to get some waves later in the morning, and the fog has been lifting later.... sun in the afternoons...... NW 6ft @ 8 sec's with light NW winds........ high tide at 2p today. Rest of the week, looks like NW 7ft with light NW winds all week, through Sunday... morning fog and sun in the afternoon........

Foggy this morning, and with the damn minus low tide at 6:50am, can't see the waves...... not cold... in fact, muggy.... air temp already in the low 60's..... Today, NW5ft @ 7sec's with light N winds in the morning (if any).... picking up later in the afternoon.... what a surprise! Then dropping off in the evening...... this looks like the surf report for the week..... sun is supposed to burn off this crap later this morning.... I am going to take a drive around 10a, to see what might be found.... need some water in, and hopefully the winds will not get crazy...... Last picture was taken yesterday afternoon, I had the pleasure of hanging out with my granddaughter on the beach..... was a damn nice day!!!! Being around her are better than taking blood pressure pills.....

Went up early...... ran into Cheap Bastard..... decided to wait until some water moves in..... fog bank about 3/4 mile out..... sunshine here...... NW 4-5ft @ 6 sec's with light N winds, doing the usual, picking up in the afternoon and dropping off in the evening.... Saw Pomona driving in..... might see her later in the morning for some surf...... So..... got back to the shop.... having coffee with the usual morning crew, then SB spots one of my most hated things...... We have spent a ton of money on the required landscaping for the new building..... planters, plants.... Mar has been working on them..... And there, right in the planter in front of the window on the beach store side..... Some ASSMUNCH let their F'ing Dog take a dump!! Damn, there are times when I wish I could catch people like that...... Hey, assmunch!! you own a dog.....take some Friggin responsibility!!! Now, we have to clean up after that........ so.... Reason # 445 why we don't own a dog....... PS.... saw cheap bastard's dog taking a big one up at Indian...... So.... back to the surf report.... looks like the rest of the week, we will have the damn minus low tides to deal with in the morning.... today it was at 6am by Friday it will be at 9am...... all week, swell looking like NW 5-6ft with N/NW winds, usual light morning, windy afternoons, and glassy evenings...... Thursday night at 6p, we will have another concealed weapons class up stairs.... cost still $35, just let me know if you might be attending......

Glad I got some waves yesterday...... little junkier today, but still some swell.... N winds picking up a bit, and the damn minus low tide at 5am..... high tide at 11:35am. NW 3-4ft @ 10 sec's.... as usual, the N winds will pick up to 25+ this afternoon, then drop off for the evening.... Monday (my day) NW 5 @ 7-10 sec's with high tide at 12:30p. Tuesday NW 5ft, Wed. and Thursday NW 6ft.... the usual N winds all week... So........yesterday, we were busy in the shop.... had a nice young couple from Canada drop by and buy a board..... nice kids.... well, she was nice....he was just OK...... then the best story of the day...... in the afternoon, Buce and his wife sharon came by to check out the GP (again!) We had to wipe off the drool from his morning visit..... so... Sharon... a class act, was great..... she sat on the stool by the counter, went a got a 6pack of Tecate, and started popping the cans..... Buce oh , I mean Bruce started fondling, rubbing, and just being "wrong" with the GP..... For 2 hours, Buce fondled the board..... Sharon entertained us...... first time for the dance on the counter...... she is great..... if you ever get a chance to surf with these 2, hang with the Shar..... Buce... we are still wondering about..... yes, you can probably find them at the shorts.......... Made the day......... still laughing......

Got out early this morning.... good group in the water! "the foot", Goronite, Nick from Novia Scotia, and.... Even Bob Malo made it out..... first time in years.!!!! We are not going to discuss what he was riding, that will be another story all together.... Bob is a true part of CB surfing history..... and a damn good guy....... Surf was fun !!! finally!!! Waist to chest high, long ass lefts.... others were getting nice rights..... Took out the Old Con.... haven't ridden that board in years.... was fun..... today, W 4-5ft @ 10-12 secs, with no winds this morning, but N picking up for the typical afternoon blow, then dropping off for the evening..... minus low tide at 9:40am.... Sunday, about the same, W5 @ 10 sec's, same winds, minus low tide at 10am. Monday W 3-4ft , same winds, minus low tide at 10:40am. Tues. and Wed. NW6ft wtih N/NW winds... light in the am, picking up for the afternoon...... Overcast today, but air temp in the 60's this morning... water was a bit cold.... glad I tried out the new gloves sent to me by a new wetsuit company..... they worked great.... 3mm, yamamoto rubber...es.cent.ial wet suits, we have a few in stock...... wish I had worn the 5mm boots......

As far as the scenery goes, doesn't get much better in CB.... fog bank about 1 1/2 miles off shore, going to be in the upper 70's today, no wind early, but the N winds are supposed to pick up to 25 in the afternoon and drop off in the evening, as is usual this time of year..... Surf........ Surf... ummm, I am trying to remember..... Swell is miniscule.... W 1 with an outside set of 2ft @ 14 sec's...... high tide at 9:20am, and low tide at 2p....... Sunshine all day, and for the next several days..... We do have beach cruisers for rent..... Sat. and Sunday, the reports are calling for W 5ft @ 12 sec's with light am N winds, picking up to 25mph in the afternoon... sunshine.... high tide around 10:30am..... Then, next week looking much better.... W /NW 6ft with light N/NW winds...... but, damn minus low tides start again.... 6a on monday, and 6:40a on Tuesday..... good for the beach walkers......

Surf is tiny, but a beautiful morning on this side of the head! North of Tillamook head is socked in with the fog bank that is about 1 1/2 miles off the CB beach..... High today will be in the low 70's.... probably in the 90's in the Valley..... got to have fun in Portland and Vancouver traffic yesterday afternoon.... 93 was the temp..... stopped and had a burger at the red robin..... good visit with 2 people getting ready for a new adventure......... food.... well, let's just say I will remember that burger for a while...... but the company by far overshadowed the food..... Today, NW 1-2 ft @ 6-8 sec's, high tide at 8am, light am N winds, picking up to 25mph later..... Friday looks to pick up to a whopping W 3ft @ 10 sec's, same story on the winds, and high tide at 9:20am. Sat, Sun and Monday all looking like W 5ft with the morning light N winds, picking up in the afternoon and dropping off in the evening.... high tide at 10:30a on Sat. , and 12:30p on monday.
